Notes on "Take Me Home"

A huge variety of musical styles is the key to our newest CD.

There are songs from the shows (Nothin' Like a Dame, Razzle Dazzle), modern pieces (Leonard Cohen's Hallelujah), male voice standards (Deep Harmony, Non Nobis), sacred items both new (Gaelic Blessing) and old favourites (How Great Thou Art), fun items (Una Paloma Blanca, Alexander's Ragtime Band).
Plus there are some of our newer pieces that have become great favourites (Fields of Athenry).
The CD concludes resoundingly with one of our newest pieces, What Would I Do Without My Music, which says it all.
