STEETON MVC IN A NUTSHELL

Team Photo March 2015 Selby Abbey

Based in the village of Steeton, situated between Keighley and Skipton and within sight of Ilkley Moor, Steeton MVC is one of the oldest and most respected male voice choirs in Yorkshire.
In 2008 we celebrated our centenary with a choir that is thriving and singing as well, if not better, than ever.
This website gives details of our recordings and concert programme.

Patrons’ reception - Saturday 10/10/15

Reception for the choir's patrons at the King's Hall, Ilkley 10/10/15

Reception for the choir’s patrons at the King’s Hall, Ilkley 10/10/15

This year’s Annual Concert gave the choir the opportunity to say a special thank you to our Patrons for the invaluable support they give to the choir year in, year out. So a special reception was held at the King’s Hall Winter Gardens just before the start of the concert.

If you would like to support the choir, why not consider becoming a patron? There are benefits to both parties! Contact choir secretary for details.

choirs rock2_smallThe Choir that rocked!

In March 2013, the choir was invited to participate in the prestigious Choirs Rock! event in The Royal Armouries, Leeds. We were delighted when we actually won and are therefore now able to say that our choir officially rocks!
